THE LAB

The research laboratory of Artifical-Computational Intelligence and Multidisciplinary Applications (ACIMA), has been founded by the Official Gazette issue two/1426/9-4-2021 and belongs to the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of West Attica.

RESEARCH

The laboratory has an intense research activity, participating in research programs, while its members have a rich publication record in scientific journals and international conferences.

THE LABORATORY CONSISTS OF FACULTY, SPECIAL LABORATORY STAFF AND SPECIAL TECHNICAL STAFF MEMBERS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING, AND FACULTY MEMBERS WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS IN THE UNIVERSITY OF WEST ATTICA. MOREOVER, THE LABORATORY STAFF INCLUDES POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHERS AS WELL AS PHD CANDIDATES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING.

 

IN THE SPIRIT OF RESEARCH COLLABORATION, THE LABORATORY DEVELOPS A NETWORK OF SCIENTIFIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH CENTERS.
